Wildland Coordinator / FMO Applications Due
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must meet the requirements at time of appointment and during employment.
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5 years’ experience as a Wildland Firefighter
- Current Wildland Certifications
- FFTI, FFTII, FAL-A
- NWCG ENGB or CRWB certification (both preferred)
- ICT-5 (within 1 year)
- SSTEN or TFLD (taskbook opened, continuous progress towards completion within 1 year)
- ICS-100, 200, 700, 800
- Nevada Driver’s License
- Arduous Pack Test per NWCG standards
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- $88,358.40 – $103,376.00 annual salary
- 100% contribution paid by District to Nevada Public Employees Retirement
- 100% of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for the employee, 80% of dependent’s medical, dental, vision insurance coverage
